Welcome to The Joy of Life University. By accessing or using this website, including purchasing or accessing any of our online courses, digital content, or patient education workbooks (collectively, “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website or purchase any services. By using the Website, you represent that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

 

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content, including courses, workbooks, videos, and other materials provided through this Website, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Always consult with your health care provider before starting any new physical exercises and/or dietary changes.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All materials on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, logos, and downloadable workbooks — are the intellectual property of The Joy of Life University and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.You may not:

• Share, sell, sublicense, or publicly display our materials, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Any violation of this in any matter will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

 

4. Purchases and Refunds

All sales of digital products, including online courses, eBooks, workbooks, and videos, are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, no refunds will be provided once a purchase is completed, unless otherwise specified. 5. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

 

6. Prohibited Conduct

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved in the courts of San Mateo, California.

 

11. Health Care Providers for CEU Courses

There are no refunds for any CEU course.

You will have access to the course for one year term. To receive PDA/CEUs, you must complete your recorded course on demand, and pass the completion quiz with a score of 70% or higher, within one (1) years from the date of purchase. You are also required to complete an evaluation form.

If you do not complete your course within one year, there is no refund. Your certificate will be generated in your account automatically for you to download and print. You will receive your certificate of completion for continuing education credits no later than 7 days after completion. If there are any issues please contact us.

By completing your purchase, you agree and understand the content is for educational purposes only. As a healthcare practitioner you are regulated by separate and individual laws within your area of practice, and scope of licensing. There may be additional local state and federal laws and regulations to consider. You release any legal liability whatsoever to the Joy of Life University for any issues that may arise if you violate any of these conditions, or for any improper use of this material.

 

12. Affiliate Program and Affiliate Licensing of Patient Education Tools

The affiliate program is for healthcare providers who have completed successfully the Joy of IVF Master Course. The affiliate program will be billed either monthly, or one flat rate, depending on the agreed contract.

Licensed Affiliates Requirements. Affiliates agree to the following policies;

As a Licensed Affiliate you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not continue with an affiliate membership.

Affiliates may not duplicate, sell or modify any of the patient education content whatsoever.

Affiliates agreed to only use patient education content in its original form as listed in the affiliate portal. Items are to be shared within the agreed guidelines. Any variation is a violation of the Affiliate agreement and copyright laws.

Affiliates agree it is illegal and restricted to sell as a product, any of the patient education content, in any format or combination. It is understood this is only for patient education tools within clinical practice.

Affiliates are restricted from selling as products, any of the JOLU e-books, workbooks, patient education handouts, or patient videos.

Affiliates understand patient education tools are to be supplemental within the services they provide, based on their education and professional training.

Affiliates agree they will not make any promises or guarantees from the content within the patient education tools.

Affiliates understand the patient education tools are for informational purposes only and will advise the patient to advise medical consultation before making any major changes to their healthcare plans and procedures, including diet and exercise.

Affiliates understand they will not hold the Joy of Life University not liable in any capacity, for any issues whatsoever, that may occur within their business, and clinical practice, within the treatments and applications of the patient education information provided to their patients.

Affiliates understand they are violating the law if they reproduce, sell or share any JOLU content, outside of the allowed terms

Affiliates agree not to share their login credentials, or access, to their patient education portal with any other healthcare provider, patient or person.

Affiliates understand there may be up to a seven day processing for any cancellations. This will be taken into consideration for any automated monthly billing cycles, at the time of cancellation

Affiliate commissions will be paid on a quarterly basis to the terms agreed in the Affiliate agreement provided with registration.

Affiliates agree and understand the content is for educational purposes only. As a healthcare practitioner you are regulated by separate and individual laws within your area of practice, and scope of licensing. There may be additional local state and federal laws and regulations to consider. You release any legal liability whatsoever to the Joy of Life University for any issues that may arise if you violate any of these conditions.
